Where does politics happen? At home or on the streets? And who really wears the trousers? The story is set in contemporary Bari and, through the relationships of a family, we see the events of Italian history from the twenty years of Fascism to Beppe Grillo’s “VaffaDay” (“F-You Day”), from the propaganda of the town square to the economic crisis. It is a cross-section of family life which not only reveals part of our national story, but compares three generations.
