My film comes from a reflection of the relationship which our cinema has with the Italian countryside. And so the idea is to recount the transformation of this countryside through the overwhelming impressions of three great directors (Antonioni, Rossellini and Visconti) who have written the history of our cinema, starting from the war years”.
