JUST SAY NO TO FAMILY VALUES
DV Cam - colour
Italian-American Beat poet John Giorno (*1936) is passionately reciting his poem (1995). With great determination he is trying to persuade the listener to enjoy life to the fullest. However, his words are wasted on the frail little woman who is absent-mindedly watching this gesticulating poet. The woman in front of her shabby dwelling, somewhere in Italy, precisely represents all those standards and values which, according to Giorno, we should throw out with the garbage.
