Le Giornate del Cinema Mut is the world’s leading international silent-film festival, presented annually in northern Italy.
The Teatro Verdi is the main festival venue for film screenings. Some films will be screened also at Cinemazero. Silent films are presented with live musical accompaniment; intertitles are translated into Italian and/or English with electronic subtitling.
