Mexico City's International Contemporary Film Festival (FICCO) was founded in February 2004 based on an initiative by Cinemex. FICCO has consolidated as the most important cinematographic event in this country. Among Mexico City's audience, FICCO promotes the best global cinematography with the mission of offering an alternative view of contemporary cinema.
