The main objective of the festival is to promote young professional cinema. As forty five years ago competitive program represents professional and amateur movies of debutants. The main sections – student, the first short films (fiction, animation, documentary) and the first feature films.

Best Film Award in three categories (student/ short/full-length film): 2 000 USD each
