The "Festa do Cinema Italiano" is the biggest event dedicated to Italian cinema and culture in Portugal; it is held in other 15 cities beyond Lisbon and also in other Lusophone countries such as Brazil, Angola and Mozambique.
Event includes a competitive section with first and second works, a Panorama section, with the best of the latest Italian productions, a retrospective, a section "Other Visions" for more experimental works, and a section of short films, non-competitive.
The event is supported by Istituto Luce Cinecittà, Mibac - Direzione Cinema, Italian Embassy of Lisbon, Istituto di Cultura in Lisbon.
