Beppe, Umberto and Gigi wait for Toni, Umberto’s son, discharge from prison. A night at the pub celebrating the release expects this dysfunctional bunch of buddies: a failed musician, a shy plumber and mama’s boy, a petty criminal and a desperate disinherited who just overdid with tranquilisers. But something is about to happen. After a night of heavy drinking in the village bar, the car they are travelling home in hits something. Or rather, someone. They flee and hide in Umberto’s house, triggering a spiral of absurd choices, clashes, and bizarre encounters. As the night drags on, chaos escalates until an unthinkable solution arrives at dawn.
