Faccia di Picasso is the second film directed by Tuscan-born comedian Massimo Ceccherini (the first was Lucignolo in 1999) and is a surreal tale about making a film.
Ceccherini, accompanied by his faithful friends and co-workers meets a series of grotesque film characters and acts out some of his wilder and crazier day-dreams like ringing Alberto Sordi's door bell or making a pilgrimage to Via Veneto to trace the steps of Federico Fellini.
It is a "film within a film" with Ceccherini giving his highly personal versions of famous people and films like The Silence of the Lambs and Rocky.
