Aitanic

The month is August and Gaetano a.k.a. Aitano (Giacomo Rizzo) steals an old ferryboat with the help of Pasqualino and starts ferrying tourists around the coast of Naples to earn some money for his numerous family. He names the ship “Aitanic”.
He meets up with Leonardo di Capri (Nino D’Angelo) whose wife has left him for another man and is trying to get custody of their son whom Leonardo adores. The only way he can keep his son is by finding a steady job.
Leo works in the local cemetery and helps the old people put the flowers they bring to their loved ones. But just as he is about to ask his boss there for a real job, he is told his services are no longer required: the authorities don’t want moonlighters working there any more.
Di Capri decides to commit suicide. But before taking this last step, he decides to try and find his true love aboard the Aitanic. A fellow passenger is Neon Melodicon, a perennially bronzed ersatz pop singer in love with his cell phone played by D’Angelo.
He finds her in Giulia Roberti (Sabina Began) a prostitute who is ready to leave, Riccardo (Mauro Di Francesco) -a fast-talking Milanese petty criminal with a scheme to sell out of date Christmas cakes to the Neapolitans - for Leonardo.
