The story takes place in the imaginary Neapolitan town of San Gennaro sotto al Monte. In town everyone knows each other, and the daily grind of everyday life has diminshed the inhabitants capacity for passion and love. To liven things up, three close friends contact a Bulgarian girl on the internet. Nadia, says she will arrive in town on the 23rd of December...with all her beautiful friends. All the men in town start getting ready for their arrival,but the Bulgarian girls never arrive-Infact Nadia doesn't even exist, it was all a con game organised by three Bulgarian hoodlums in order to swindle money out of the gullible men.
