Milan, Palace of Justice. Sixty citizens, randomly drawn from a computer system, take the place in the classroom where the proceedings of the Court of Appeal are celebrated. Forty candidates, the sixties will spend a full day out of the coated oak walls, waiting to know if, beyond their will, they will be chosen by the President of the Court to take over a role that many did not even know about existence, role as a popular judge.
