In a small village in the West Bank, Noor, a 7-year-old Palestinian girl, accompanies her mother to the family’s olive grove for the annual harvest. But what should have been a joyful tradition turns into heartbreak when they discover that their beloved olive tree is marked for destruction by settlers, under the protection of the occupying army. Determined to save the tree that holds her family's memories and identity, Noor embarks on a mission driven by hope and innocence.

DIRECTOR'S NOTES:
“Al Wadiaa” was born from the need to tell a story of roots and resilience. Inspired by real events, the film explores the bond between land and identity through the innocent yet powerful eyes of a child. It’s a tribute to the Palestinian spirit and a reminder that no force can uproot hope.
