A gang of kids, immigrants in the desolate southern district hives on the outskirts of a big city.
In no man's land between city and countryside, a large deposit - huge monster of rusty scrap metal - is the place of play and adventure. Suddenly another monster storms, an "ogre".
Two girls are raped and murdered and suddenly everything changes: the adverse skirmishes between gangs, the explorations, the first timid feelings, the frantic search for his own role in the group are cleared from the danger, in that summer of fear that everyone will keep in memory as an unbearable burden.
