Once a month the prison of Volterra, Italy, opens its doors to 150 paying guests for a gourmet dinner by Michelin starred chefs cooking with the convicts, some serving life sentences. The program, now in its 11th year, gives the inmates a new taste for life as well as a chance to work as sous-chefs once their sentences are over.
