Nunzia’s son is in jail. Together with her sister-in-law Franca, both make sure that he has everything he needs, and they never miss the weekly visit with the detainees, every Monday morning. Gaetano, Nunzia’s husband, cannot tolerate having a son in jail, so he starts to cooperate with the justice department, causing his wife’s distress.
