Three women meet (and clash) at a cemetery, in front of the burial niches. Nora is an old maid who prefers talking with the dead to talking with the living; Aurora is a divorcée who steals flowers from tombs; and Olimpia is a widow with a few skeletons in her closet. The third “tableau” (after Old Women and Mitraglia e il verme) of Daniele Segre’s trilogy is a black and bitter comedy, filmed - using stationary shots - and set in the former cemetery of San Pietro in Vincoli in Turin.
