The documentary tells the story of Franco Maria Ricci, creator and publisher of the most elegant art books and magazines since the Sixties of the last century. As a graphic designer, art collector and refined aesthete he gave new life to the art of printing. The movie tells of his amazing life, giving voice to his many deep friendships with some of the most important figures of the cultural international context: Bernardo Bertolucci, Guy Cogeval, Maria Kodama (widow of J.L. Borges), Benedikt Taschen, among the others. The huge bamboo labyrinth, that Ricci built in 2015, is shown as the materialization of a lifelong dream. The spectator has to get lost in it, in order to discover the vision of a man, who is able to change his point of view, to find the inevitable beauty where nobody else saw it.
