Michele Ferretti is a small underworld boss in the Roman suburbs who has to manage his uncle's empire until he is restricted to house arrest. Michele is part of this world unwillingly. He's a good guy, and he feigns toughness and masculinity with little success. When his brother is beaten he must prove that he has an iron fist, but his hesitation begins to collapse the house of cards he has created, putting him in danger.
