Rolando Ravello has directed Giorgio Panariello and Fiorella Mannoia together with a group of very young actors who interpret patients in the pediatric ward of a hospital where one of the cinemas that Medicinema has created is located.
In the short film the young patients are projected in the most famous scene of Full Metal Jacket together with a sergeant / doctor who urges them to face adversity with the most effective weapon a child has: the power of imagination.
The song “Combattente”, played by Fiorella Mannoia is the protagonist of the short film, and was chosen for patients unintentionally hospital residents, who prove every day to be able to bear with extreme strength a test by real fighters.
