A boy meets a girl. He works at the city market while she is a street prostitute. They soon develop a strong complicity, in the background of a decaying and desolate metropolis.

DIRECTOR’S NOTES:
Ira is a semi-improvised film in which the director began to follow the two protagonists slowly entering their lives. Samuele worked in a street market, while Silvia was a street prostitute. When the director met them, by chance, he asked if he could film them in their daily life for a while and they agreed. This is why “IRA" brings the audience in an unexpected world, authentic and yet, so imperfectly real.
