Documentary focused on beer and its production. Through the eyes and experiences of five protagonists, the stories that allowed the realization of their artisan companies will be told. It will be a story subjective, experiential and, in some ways, romantic, that wants to show how every geographical reality, despite part of the same incipits, can diversify in a way so deep that it becomes one of a kind. Every brewery will be honored by a final tribute made by a particular character: the Beer Chef. The chef will dedicate a dish to each brewery, using in the phase of preparation the most particular beer of that producer, as incontrovertible proof of the relationship that beer claims, like or more in wine, with the culinary art.
