Marinella Colombo is being held in prison in Milan, charged with kidnapping her own children. During an emotionally intense interrogation the prosecuting attorney attempts to find out where she has hidden them. Marinella tells him the harrowing tale of how she had to struggle for years against the Jugendamt, the German agency that protects the rights of minors, and that in the end managed to take her children away from her.
