Riccardo is a 48 years old truck driver, divorced from Sara, and an ex drug addict, who lives with his 10 years old daughter, Angela, and his mother. He also works for a criminal organization secretly transporting illegal immigrants in his truck. Riccardo is ordered to take home with him and take care of a little african girl named Maisha, unaware of what his boss wanted to use her for, that is to sell her organs to the black market. When he discovers the truth and is told to return Maisha, Riccardo loses his mind.
