Niccolò, a forty-year-old with a successful career and a desire to give back a little of what he has received in his life, becomes foster father to Federico, an eighteen-year-old with a difficult past who grew up in the community. A deep and complex relationship begins to develop between them, an emotional swing that never manages to find a true balance.
Faith and Nicc live together for a while and, although the ghosts of one and the limits of the other will get in the way, the two will give each other the tools to confront themselves and mature.
