Alan and Ella live with their dog in a flat in London. One morning Ella leaves on a business trip for a few days, while Alan stays in the city. When he returns to the flat that evening, he discovers that the dog has gone missing. Day after day, alone and increasingly disturbed, Alan keeps searching.
