Jasmin Ramovic, known as Onion, fears being evicted from the gypsy camp where he lives with his large family while he awaits the allocation of a popular flat. Moving from the thin metal sheets of a caravan to the solid four walls of a council house would be a momentous transition. When he gets it, however, the difficulties do not end and the search for housing stability becomes a metaphor for an exploration of one's own painful identity.
