Silence is the soundtrack of authoritarian regimes, that's why we need to make so much noise, because knowledge of human rights is the first step in being able to claim them. Music has the power to reach people's hearts, those who listen. Words strike more than bombs, and together with music they can fly with unexpected speed, power and strength to tell of abuses, migrants, child brides, torture, genocide and human rights violations present in every country , even in ours. NOISE – HUMAN VIBES is an encounter between music and human rights, narrated through the songs of artists and songwriters such as Ivano Fossati, Carmen Consoli, Niccolò Fabi, Paola Turci, Daniele Silvestri and many others. All of them, in the last 20 years, have received the Amnesty Award, the recognition that the "Voci per la Libertà" festival and Amnesty International Italia bestow on those singers who, in the lyrics of their songs, embrace and give strength to the themes of Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
