In a magical 'WINEBRARY' wine bottles tell stories. Two patrons and the Host taste three and magically three stories begin that slowly intertwine: the first story tells of Matteo, a photographer called with great difficulty to take 'the photo of life' that portrays' The smell of wine '; the second talks about Adalbert, a young scion of the Roman upper class, sent as punishment, due to failing at school, by his uncle to work the land for the harvest; the third tells of Massimo, a cellarman saddened by life, who, surprisingly, is struck by a vital stroke of lightning for Giovanna. The wine will act magically to help overcome all difficulties.
DIRECTOR’S NOTES:
"THREE STORIES IN BOTTLES" is a feature film that comes to life from three episodes on the theme of wine: the WINE is the protagonist and the subject of the story of each episode. The philosophical concept that relates to the film is that each bottle contains its own narrative, an ever-different story, which stems from the very nature of the wine and from the work that man, for millennia, has poured into the bottle. The project responds to the need to tell the visceral relationship that binds man to the earth through the creation of an extraordinary product. It is a film with great commercial, national and international potential, which is aimed at a very wide audience, amusing and exciting it, through the Made in Italy product par excellence. From an artistic and production point of view, this project has an innovative character: a feature film that tells the story of wine and the territory through the language of cinema, staging a fictional story and not a documentary.
