The film recounts the unexpected life of Fabio D'Emilio who, in the 1960s and 1970s, moved by his passion for photography and music, found himself almost by chance taking photos first on the stages of his city, Rome, for Sound Flash magazine, and then on international stages for EMI, from Zurich with Pink Floyd to Melbourne with Patty Smith, immortalizing iconic concerts and great artists (Peter Gabriel, Queen, Frank Zappa, Renato Zero, Franco Battiato and many others... ) during their live performances. Fabio thus became one of the first photographers in Italy to take photos during concerts and today has the largest Italian archive of photos of the music scene at the time. Thanks to numerous rare pieces, he is still the point of reference for all the most important music magazines, starting with Rolling Stone.
