At the conclusion of the DO Tour Casting, organized by the DO Cinema agency to scour Italy (Turin, Milan, Florence, Rome, Naples, and Maratea) in search of a new generation of talent, videos of the people they encountered create a mosaic of stories, faces, and emotions. Twenty-four aspiring actors, on a 400-day trip that began the day they auditioned, try their hand at their dream job. And between hope and disappointment, uncertainty and talent, they bring the universal portrait of a generation to life. An experiment that follows the future faces of cinema as they mature, from a professional and - above all – a personal point of view.
