A family of modern cowboys decides to use livestock to regenerate the soils on their farm undergoing desertification and to counter the effects of climate change. Narrated in a feminine dialogue between a mother and a daughter, Things that happen on Earth describes the difficulties and the self-will to face a necessary revolution. The protagonists are forced to seek resources from financial investment funds that question their ethical vision, while frequent attacks from violent predators decimates their herd, leading them to find a way to coexist with the forces of nature.
