A deafening and mysterious darkness forces Carlo and Matilde, a young couple in a failing relationship, to stay inside their house with no chance of escape. Carlo is camped in the living room while Matilde barricades herself in the bedroom with a chair against the door. The house is in disarray, and there isn’t much food left. While the deafening sound of the darkness outside continues unfazed, Carlo is starting to show signs of cracking. Will Carlo and Matilde be able to change their seemingly doomed fate?
