After investigations, a small village in the Romanian countryside appears to have an unprecedented number of residents receiving financial aid for disabilities. Social services dispatches a team of inspectors to investigate.
Upon arrival, they discover what seems like a fairytale village, where every inhabitant seems to have a unique disability, yet everyone is striving to make ends meet.
