FRAGILE SOULS tells the story of the encounter between a renowned seventy-year-old orchestra conductor, no longer able to perform due to a serious health condition, and Carlos, a younger Venezuelan immigrant forced to take on the role of caregiver out of financial necessity.
At first, the two men’s coexistence is cold and challenging. Yet both are marked by deep family wounds and complicated relationships with their children. On this shared ground, they gradually come to recognize themselves in each other’s reflection and, unexpectedly, find a meaningful connection.
