It is a love story during the Cold War. Sofia, Bulgaria, 1950s. A young Italian journalist and a beautiful Bulgarian girl fall in love. But fate has placed them on opposite sides of the Iron Curtain and their relationship will have to face a series of dramatic vicissitudes, leading the story to an unexpected ending.
