Turi grew up with his father in prison. Now that he has turned eighteen, he feels that his time for maturity has come and tries to convince his girlfriend Rosa to drop out of school and move in with him. Faced with his insistence, she firmly refuses and finds the strength to push him away. For Turi, this confirms his belief that he was born under a bad star, condemned to live a life without love. He becomes aggressive and reckless, trying to take by force what he thinks he deserves. In a mirror-like game, his steps retrace those of his father.
