It is the story of Alma (from the Latin anima: breath, vital breath and almus: that nourishes, that makes one grow; from the Greek άλμα: leap), of her intense journey of transformation in which she saw herself grow through courageous 'leaps' and new consequent awareness. It is the story of a little girl who becomes a girl and then a woman in an interweaving of matter, dream world and spiritual world. Alma takes us with her into her deepest experiences of pain and rebirth.
