The arrival of Maria Medri (Barbara Ronchi), a stubborn and reclusive genius, at the most isolated base in Antarctica will jeopardise the plans of her mentor and mission leader Fulvio Cadorna (Silvio Orlando).
Fulvio and Maria are similar, close , accomplices even. But as often happens, everybody wants the same thing until the day comes when each wants it their own way. A clash of science, ideology, and emotion.
