Stefano Accorsi plays an Italian mathematician in the 1980s who finds himself having to spend three days and two nights in Marseille with his only teenage son, who grew up with his mother.
The boy, who suffers from epilepsy, must undergo an experimental treatment that requires him to remain awake for two consecutive nights. Between nocturnal wanderings and sleep deprivation, father and son truly discover each other for the first time.
