The friendship of two boys: Bruno, who lives in the capital, and Pio, who lives in the mountains of Padola. They are bound by a deep bond and by a destiny made of struggle and love. Their story begins on September 8th, a day that changed their lives and those of many Italians who chose to fight against Nazism and Fascism. It happened both in the cities and in the mountains. Bruno and Pio are partisans.
