Every Sunday, Sara, Claudio, and their daughter, Maria, go to the countryside to spend a day outdoors with their relatives. Maria especially enjoys playing with the family’s little dog. But one quiet afternoon suddenly turns into an unexpected nightmare when, absorbed in play, Maria wanders farther and farther from the house, followed by the dog. As the sun begins to set, her parents realize that the little girl has disappeared, and an alert is immediately raised. Sunday quickly turns into anguish and fear.
