The documentary is based on a concept developed by Prof. Arnaldo Colasanti, a writer, screenwriter, and art historian. The pillar of this narrative is the marvelous interview in which S.E.R. Mons. Rino Fisichella (one of the most revenant figures in the Catholic Church) introduces, explains, and faces the issues of the contemporary debate between secularism and theology, using inclusive language and an extraordinary capacity of enriching others’ knowledge on the disruptive force of Hope. On the “fiction” side of the documentary, a story within another one is narrated, with a dialogue between a woman (the Hope), a man (the Suicided) and a third character (the World). This way, we go from symbolism to a figure that becomes the mediator of a journey that carries universal questions for the Church which, as a service to Humanity, answers them.
