The Good Body, a play by Giuseppe Bertolucci and Luisa Grosso based on Eve Ensler’s book, debuted in Naples in 2007 and toured Italian museums, exploring women’s body obsessions.
In 2025, Luisa Grosso’s documentary revisits this work, blending new images and reflections on its impact. It portrays a distorted world of extreme beauty standards and asks: what is the right body? The answer: the one we live in, changing and resisting. A tragic yet ironic call for identity, awareness, and change.
