A young male nurse from Rome, who’s devoted to the underworld work of trafficking patients, is asked by the head of hospital ward to undertake a car journey from Puglia to the border with Switzerland, together with a young maladjusted man from Puglia, to accompany a young coloured boy. During the voyage the friendship which starts up between the two men will save the life of the child, who is actually destined to be put on the market for the transplant of organs.
