A car accident just before his wedding has plunged Antonio into a state of infant-like regression. His brother Valerio, a retailer, takes care of him and is alternatively forced to take on the roles of mother and father to satisfy Antonio's needs. Marianna, Valerio's girlfriend strives, in vain, to sort out the brothers' relationship.
