The film is about three days in the life of a man who comes back from a trip abroad earlier than expected, to discover not only that his wife has been betraying him for months, but also, much more importantly and completely unexpectedly, she has decided to commit suicide because of this. An abyss opens up under his feet because in all this time he’s never realised a thing. What to do? He decides, without revealing his presence to his wife, to try to understand what has brought her to this point. He will discover a parallel life and a person who’s very different to the woman he knew, but in the end, in spite of the fear and the sense of defeat, he manages to pull her out of this nightmare. They are three days without respite.
