Writer and theatre director, Puccio Maccione, was affected by muscular dystrophy and died in his early thirties in 2003. His mother evokes him through a book where characters act out the main events of his life: the actor on stage, the mother whispering to the pregnant Alba in the dark, the son who is no longer.
