In the lunar atmosphere of an ocean dawn, three fishermen, illuminated by the artificial light of the street lamps, are sitting on a low wall and are motionlessly staring at the sea. This is how the story begins, as it takes us into the daily life of the inhabitants of Nicotera Marina, a tiny village on the coast of Calabria.
