Three affluent teenage girls, carried along by their ringleader, Elena, progress from playground teasing to bullying and teacher terrorising. Then, a sympathetic new teacher arrives in the school and confuses Elena, who then decides to make him the focus of their most elaborate 'sting'. With complications from would-be boyfriends and semi-concerned parents, things start to unravel for the trio and harsh reality begins to intrude, yet Elena won't give up her most dangerous game and the results are deadly and tragic.
